7 ways to increase your brain power and tune in to success

It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, there are so many different ways you can build your mental capacity on a daily basis.

Improved memory, focus, and better mental abilities are just some of the amazing benefits.

This is not beyond your reach if you know what you need to do to make all of the above a reality.

1. Forget what others think

People who care too much about what other people are thinking about what they are doing, never achieve success.

To care about the opinions of others is to limit yourself to their beliefs, not your own. Tell me, whose opinion is more important when you pursue your dreams – your opinion or someone else’s?

Young millionaires have developed thick skin and care little about what people say about them. They pursue a life of goals and achievements and do not expect or require support from anyone.

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.”

– Steve Jobs

2. Delete the negative

A 2012 study found that when we often treat our negative thoughts as physical things, we also get a great sense of satisfaction when we get rid of them.

Negative thoughts weigh us down every day, sometimes so much that it is very difficult for us to do everyday things. Our brain is fixated on the negative – and this does not contribute to its development.

We must constantly look for any traces of negative thoughts in our lives and pinpoint the source. Then we have to physically go through the process of pulling this negative thought out of our head and throwing it out the window. This may sound silly, but you will see that it really works wonders once you try it a few times.

3. Speak the language of success

Again, the power of positivity plays an important role here. If you really believe that you can achieve this, then in the end you will do it. This is unavoidable. Whether you are aware of it or not, if you firmly believe in what you are doing, you will subconsciously do everything in your power to reach the top of what you believe in.

Strong people never complain about anything. They just see an opportunity to grow in their own abilities to overcome this particular obstacle.

The bottom line is that complaining has never led someone to a place of sustained success. The fruits of labor have always been achieved through perseverance, dedication, consistency, and the belief that they will eventually achieve their goal.

4. Make bold and informed decisions

Don’t let the fear of what might happen keep you from doing anything. We all have goals that we want to achieve, and believe it or not, we all have a pretty good idea of how we actually want those goals to become reality. We have already provided what is necessary to move to the next stage or to the next step that will bring us closer to the final result that we are looking for.

We are literally and figuratively aware of the tasks that we need to complete, but we are often left at a dead end. We can and should move forward, but for some reason we have stayed put. Why?

Even though we know what we need to do and are interested in doing it, we are not actually taking the necessary steps. We can’t find the motivation? Inspiration? Will to start. Why? It’s because we’re scared.

We are afraid of what will happen if we try to complete this task, afraid that we may fail miserably. We are afraid that this could be the starting point for a whole mountain of criticism from our friends, family, or colleagues. We fear that the blow of failure may damage our self-esteem, or that it may be at least more than we can handle.

The point is that we can never create an “ideal” situation, because it doesn’t exist. Perfectionism is both good and bad.

We just have to learn to adapt to any situation. Now, even though we can’t control the outcome of every situation, we can add up the odds in our favor. Just by focusing on the factors that are under our control, we can change the result.

The fact that we have made a specific decision or set of decisions to move forward should not be forgotten. We took a chance and reaped the rewards. Let’s not let the fear of indecision get in our way again.

5. To believe in their cause

Never underestimate the power of a positive person. It really doesn’t matter how you build the power to believe in yourself (within reason), it only matters what you do. You must be confident in your abilities. You can and will be a force to be reckoned with if you believe so.

The power of seeing that the Cup is half full, not half empty. Knowing that you have your own back and that you are strong enough to carry yourself and others is extremely empowering.

6. Have a strong character

You were placed on this earth for a reason, and never forget it. You are one special person, and you deserve the best that life has to offer. But, believe it or not, you won’t actually get it for free.

You must make a conscious decision to compete with a surprisingly formidable character. This formidable enemy is your own mind. In fact, your mind decides how successful you will be. It decides how healthy you will be and whether you will have a strong body. It decides whether you will be happy in life.

Take the time to find out what makes you weak and what makes you strong. Focus on improving. Do your best and, above all, remember that you are in complete control of your life.

7. Give your brain the right food

There is nothing more important for your brain than to provide it with proper nutrition or nutrition for the brain. If your brain doesn’t get enough fuel, various tasks that require high concentration will become more difficult.

There is now a great obsession with low-fat diets, in a mad race to lose weight. But did you know that the brain needs fatty acids such as omega-3 to reach its full potential? Making healthy fats part of your diet is a must for a sharp mind. Have coconut oil, olive oil, salmon, and almond oil in your diet. These foods keep the brain energized, alert, and fresh.
